Canceling your subscription

Step 1

Go to your account settings. To do this select the circle with your initial in the top right corner and select Account Settings from the drop down.

Select the Products and billing tab.

Step 3

Select the Manage button on the product you wish to cancel and select Cancel Subscription from the dropdown menu.

If you're sure you want to cancel your subscription select the red button Yes, cancel.

You're subscription to the product you selected will now show as cancelled. If your subscription has multiple products you must choose to cancel each individually.

You will not be billed again for the product. You'll still have access to the product until the end of your subscription period, which is noted on the product. If you change your mind and want to keep your subscription, choose the Restore button on that product before the access end date. If you want to subscribe again after your access has ended, you will need to start a new subscription.
