Connect to your organization's existing Impala profile so you can showcase your work and get customized insights
If you don't have an account on Impala yet, go here (link)
If you've already connected to your organization from an invite or during onboarding, you're all set!
Step 1
Login to impala.digital. In the upper right hand corner of your screen, select + Connect Your Org.
Step 2
Search for and select your organization. The best way to search is by EIN, but you can also try by name.
If you can't find your organization's profile, email support@impala.digital for assistance.
Step 3
Click the checkbox confirming that you are authorized to connect with this organization.
Being authorized just means that you are allowed by your organization to make updates to the public profile. It does not mean you are solely responsible for the organization's profile, as there is no limit to the number of admin users for accounts.
Then press the gold Claim button.
Step 4
That's it! You'll get a notification that your organization request has been submitted to our team for review. Press the Got it button to go back to exploring the platform.
You'll receive email notification when your organization request is approved.
