Your prospect list is your virtual, intelligent fundraising partner, helping you to keep track of top prospects, and prioritize your funder engagement. The list is set up for you automatically, but has some customizable features and options to help you along your fundraising journey.
From your homepage, select which prospect list you’d like to work on. Then click into the list. Check out the sections below to see how you can edit and utilize your prospect list.
*Note: multiple prospect lists is a feature which is available to Premium and Enterprise users only.

Editing your list's info
To update your list's basic information, like the name and description, select the three dot menu on the right hand side of the header, and select Edit.
Make any changes you'd like to the name, description, or color and press Save Changes.
Removing a prospect
You can delete a funder from your list by clicking the three dot menu on the right hand side of the table and selecting Remove from list.
Sharing
Lists on Impala are shared amongst all members of the account. To see who has access to the list on your account, you can click the Shared with section or the Share button.
Collaborating
You can leave notes for yourself or comments for your team to review for each addition on your prospect list. Click the comment icon on a funder that you'd like to make a note on. Type your note into the box and click Post to add the comment.
Other users on your account will be able to see your comments and add their own. Any new comments will be indicated with a red notification badge. This is a great way to collaborate together to build your prospect list and keep it updated, all in one place.
Exporting
You can also export a list for follow up or to import it into your customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Select the list you'd like to export. From the left hand side, click the three dots, then select Export to CSV. This will begin a download of your list in an excel file.
