Inviting your Network to Impala
How to send invites to Impala to people outside of your organization.
If you want to send an invite to a colleague at your own organization please invite them through your account management - instructions here.
You can invite a single user at a time, or a group of users in a bulk upload.
Invite a Single User
Step 1
Select the Invite button from the top navigation bar.

Step 2
Within the Individual tab, fill in the name and email of the person you want to invite. A red * indicates a required field.

Step 3
Once you've filled out the required fields, press the gold Send Invitation button. This will send an invite to their email from support@impala.digital. The invite will indicate that you invited them.
Invite Multiple Users
Step 1
Select the Invite button from the top navigation bar.

Step 2
From the In bulk tab, read the requirements for a bulk upload and download the template file to see the required fields and even use as a starting place.

Step 3
Once you have a correctly formatted file with the information needed, click to upload the .csv file. Then press the gold Send Invitations button. This will send an invite to their email from support@impala.digital within 2 business days. The invite will indicate that you invited them.
