What features on Impala do I need a subscription to access?

All premium-level applications require a paid subscription for full access. Some users qualify for free access to certain premium tools, such as a Philanthropy Hub or the Core Philanthropy Database, for a period of time through a network membership. Connect to your organization on Impala or visit the Networks section on impala.digital to see if you qualify. 

Can I get a discount on my subscription?

We have a variety of discounts that apply to your account automatically. If you work for a 501(c)3 organization, be sure to connect to your organization's profile to receive all available discounts. If you have any questions please reach out to support@impala.digital.

How long does my subscription last?

Your subscription lasts until your renewal date which is 1 year from the day you sign up for the subscription. Your subscription will automatically be renewed and you will be charged again on your renewal date unless you decide to cancel your subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Go to your billing settings and select Manage next to the product(s) you'd like to cancel. You can find full instructions here. Your access to the products you canceled will remain available until your renewal date.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds, however if you cancel your subscription it will not automatically renew and you will still have access to the products you subscribed to until your renewal date. If you have issues with your subscription please reach out to support@impala.digital.
