(623220) Transitional housing was maintained for graduates in order to provide a safe accountable place to learn to live as a functional, sober individual. Continued job training was provided as well as marital, financial and spiritual counseling. (624310) Marketable skills training programs were in effect for the purpose of helping the men become proficient in the areas of carpentry, painting, landscaping, and/or basic home remodeling projects so they were able to transition to gainful employment after the program successfully. (Vocational Rehabilitation Services) Program participants will learn a skilled trade along the way and leadership trainees will learn to supervise job sites. Part of leadership development is teaching the men to interact with with the general public in quoting, budgeting, scheduling, and executing various work projects with the utmost excellence and integrity.
