The Penuel Foundation has evolved out of the compassionate hearts of its visionaries as they seek to serve the needs of missionaries and the impoverished people of their home country India. In this evolution the visionaries have prepared the pathway to incorporate and implement the Penuel Foundation so that it may exist for the purpose of: 1 equipping educating and supporting missionaries and their work in India and or other countries and 2 supporting establishing and maintaining facilities that care for the poor and needy in India.
