  • Support Services for Individuals with Disabilities

    EnAble of Georgia provides a wide variety of programmatic services to over 2,600 individuals and their family members who have Intellectual and developmental disabilities. Service programs include:Enrichment Centers - Centers dedicated to ensuring participants achieve their goals of independent living, personal development, self-advocacy, self-determination, and community inclusion.Community Residential Alternative: A residential option for individuals whose goal is to live more independently within their community.Behavior Support: Provides behavioral support services to individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability and can include mental health. Using a Positive Behavior Support approach, we work with both the family and the participant to establish specific goals and objectives for different types of behaviors.Employability - Our Supported Employment Program establishes employment opportunities for adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities in a traditional work environment.

    EnAble of Georgia PROMOTES THE HEALTH, EDUCATION AND WELFARE OF DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS BY PROVIDING SUPERVISED HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES. ON AVERAGE APPROXIMATELY 125 PARTICIPANTS ARE SERVED EACH MONTH, INCLUDING OVER 60 RESIDENTS AND ANOTHER 60 TO 70 DAY SERVICES AND PERSONAL SUPPORTS PARTICIPANTS.
