The Chamber and its related entity, Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce Business Development Corporation, develop programs to facilitate the creation, development, and growth of African-American owned and operated businesses in the Dallas area. Together, the entities present seminars and provide networking opportunities for business owners, designed to enhance their ability to compete in the majority business environment.
