    The First Judicial District Court appointed special advocate (CASA) program serves all of the five counties of the First Judicial District of Idaho. During the fiscal year, volunteers gave their time to represent over 313 children in cases under our advocacy. They offered over 7,988 hours free of charge to the State of Idaho.
