Sharing a List
Your lists on Impala are automatically shared with your account team members. If you need to invite your team members to Impala, see here.
To see who has access to the list on your account, you can click the Shared with section or the Share button.
Collaborating on a List
Click the comment icon on a profile that you'd like to make a note on. Type your note into the box and click Post to add the comment.
If you have other team members on your account, they can see your comments and add their own! This is a great way to collaborate on building out your list and keep it updated, all in one place.
Exporting a List
You can also export a list for follow up or to import into your customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Select the list you'd like to export. From the top navigation bar, click the three dots on the upper right, then select Export to CSV. This will begin a download of your list in an excel file for your use.
