THE PEORIA PROMISE FOUNDATION HAS AS ITS PURPOSE TO RECEIVE, MANAGE,AND DISTRIBUTE PHILANTHROPIC GIFTS THAT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE PAYMENT OF TUITION FOR QUALIFIED STUDENTS ATTENDING ILLINOIS CENTRAL COLLEGE AND THE PAYMENT OF RELATED PROMOTIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES.
