TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR MEDICAL AND HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS THROUGHOUT ISRAEL. THE ORGANIZATION MIGHT MAKE GRANTS TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING SUCH SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, EVP ISRAEL AND ISRAEL EMERGENCY AID FUND, ISRAELI ORGANIZATIONS WHICH PROVIDES MEDICAL AND HUMANITARIAN SERVICES TO THE CIVILIAN POPULATION IN ISRAEL. 49 VOLUNTEERS FROM THE UNITED STATES AND 150 VOLUNTEERS FROM ISRAEL PARTICIPATING IN THE TRAINING AND FOOD PROGRAMS.
