THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES COUNSELING, MENTORS, AND ENCOURAGERS AS WELL AS PROVIDING RESOURCES TO EQUIP AND EMPOWER EACH PERSON TO ACCEPT HIS/HER ROLE AS A RESPONSIBLE, PRODUCTIVE FAMILY MEMBER AND CITIZEN.
