Founded in 1980 the Fargo Moorhead Choral Artists FMCA performs choral music of all styles and from all musical periods FMCA provides a musical outlet for the finest choral musicians in the region FMCA rehearses weekly on Tuesday evenings from September to April and annually performs three subscription concerts a benefit concert and other community events The singers come from many walks of life and are dedicated to performing choral music with artistry and precision to enrich and enhance our artistic community FMCA has been selected to perform at state and regional conferences of the American Choral Directors Association In 2016 FMCA was honored to be named the Arts Organization of the Year by The Arts Partnership
