THE SUCCESS OF THESE BUSINESSES PROVIDES JOBS TO INDIVIDUALS IN EAST TENNESSEE. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS INSPIRATION, ENCOURAGEMENT AND TRAINING TO LOCAL ENTREPRENEURS AND SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS IN AREAS SUCH AS STRATEGIC PLANNING, ORGANIZATION, SALES, MARKETING AND CAPITAL FORMATION.
