TO HONOR AND SUPPORT LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS BY FUNDING NEEDED EQUIPMENT, TRAINING AND EDUCATION SO EACH OFFICER CAN PERFORM AT THE HIGHEST PROFESSIONAL STANDARD. TO INITIATE COMMUNITY-WIDE EDUCATION, PREVENTION, INTERVENTION AND COLLABORATION, FOCUSED ON YOUTH AND SENIORS.
