WE FOSTER TIES IN THE AREAS OF DIPLOMACY, GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS, BUSINESS, SECURITY, & EDUCATION. AFOCR WAS FOUNDED TO ADVOCATE FOR CZECH ADMISSION INTO THE NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION. SINCE 1995, WE HAVE WORKED TO:- SPONSOR VISITING CZECH PARLIAMENTARIANS TO SHADOW MEMBERS OF THE U.S. CONGRESS & MEET WITH U.S. GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS- HELP BUILD & ENGAGE THE CZECH CAUCUS IN THE U.S. CONGRESS & OFFER TO CONDUCT BRIEFINGS FOR CONGRESS & THE STATE DEPARTMENT- MEET WITH OFFICIALS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC TO FOSTER COOPERATION & UNDERSTANDING- COOPERATE & PARTNER WITH THE EMBASSY OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC TO THE U.S. TO CONDUCT EDUCATIONAL & COMMEMORATIVE EVENTS- HOST LECTURES & SEMINARS WITH U.S. & CZECH POLITICAL & ACADEMIC LEADERS
