THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES ADVOCACY AND COUNSELING ENDEAVORS AT NO COST, SUCH AS FOR IMMIGRATION MATTERS, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, FINANCES, MEDICAL COSTS AND OTHER CREDITOR MATTERS. IT ALSO FUNDS FROM TIME TO TIME INSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS FOR AN ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE PROGRAM FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF MARINER SANDS.
