The Foundation is a California non-profit public benefit corporation formed to operate as a supporting organization to Victor Treatment Centers, Inc. ("VTC") and Victor Community Support Services ("VCSS"). Its purpose is to provide financial support to VTC and VCSS in the advancement of their charitable missions.
