Step 1
Go to your email inbox and find your invite to Impala from support@impala.digital. Select the gold Accept Invitation button in the body of the email.
Step 2
You will then be taken to the setup page on Impala. Your email should already be pre-populated. Enter your full name and create and confirm a password.
Then select the gold Get Started button.
Step 3
You'll get a notice that you'll need to verify your email to continue.
Go back to your email inbox and find the new verification email from support@impala.digital. Open it and select the gold Verify your account button in the body of the email.
Step 4
You will then be taken to the login page on Impala. Enter your email and the password you just created. Then press the gold Sign in button.
Step 5
If you've been sent an invite that's already connected to your organization, your organization will automatically populate here.
Confirm the organization shown is correct. If not, please contact support@impala.digital.
If it is correct, select your Impala Experience. Then press the green Submit button.
- Impala for Fundraisers: best for nonprofits or individuals involved in seeking or implementing grants.
- Impala for Grantmakers: best for foundations or individuals involved in providing grants or conducting research.
You can also select the checkbox below the experience options if you'd like a member of our support team to reach out and assist you with your selection.
If you've been sent an invite that is not already connected to your organization, you'll need to complete a few brief onboarding steps - for help with these, see instructions here.

If you have chosen the Impala for Fundraisers experience, we recommend starting by clicking the green Set prospecting criteria button to set your Prospecting Criteria. Updating and editing your organization's profile is also a great place to get started and show off the great work you're doing.
