DIRECT SUPORT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO AN AVERAGE OF 220 CLIENTS EACH YEAR, AND CONFIDENTIAL HIV RAPID TESTING IS AVAILABLE TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS AT RISK FOR ACQUIRING HIV.

  • HIV/AIDS Support Services

    Historically, the Organization has sought to provide a full continuum of case management, housing, and other supportive services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in southern New Hampshire. Direct support services have been provided to an average of 200 clients each year over the Organization's history, and confidential HIV rapid testing was made available to community members at risk for acquiring HIV. During the year ending June 30, 2021, the Organization began to transition its programs and employees into Harbor Homes, a related organization, and the Task Force began to wind-down its operations as a separate, legal entity. Harbor Homes remains committed to upholding the mission and programs offered by the Task Force, as the State of New Hampshire's sole contractor among AIDS Service Organizations statewide.
