Charitable organizations interested in learning more about the Grant Program, or who wish to obtain an application form, should visit the website: https://www.salemcoop.com/about-us/salem-community-benefit/ Applicants will need to provide the following materials with their requests for funding: a copy of their IRS determination letter; a board list; audited financial statements or a copy of their last tax filing with the IRS; the applicant's current operating budget and project budget; a copy of the board resolution to apply for funding; and a completed application.
