  • Seafarers Chaplaincy Services

    We are a chaplain ministry to seafarers arriving at the Port of Everett. We meet seafarers on the ship when they arrive, welcome them, spend an hour or two on board, and provide moral, emotional, practical and spiritual encouragement. Meet 1 to 2 vessels per week. Costs directly in support of this is about $7500/year.

  • Seafarers Literature Development

    Port of Hope Ministries develops literature that relates to seafarers needs and concerns. It has a facebook page devoted to seafarers as Seafarer Chaplain, prints 16-page booklets and small books for seafarers. Expenses dedicated to this are approximately $1500

  • Support For Guyana Ministry

    We assist a ministry Guyana-based ministry of the same name and purpose. It is directed by Guyanese chaplain and is supported by Guyanese churches and individuals. Port of Hope US helps with their finances and literature. The chaplain serves arriving vessels and the maritime port workers. Approx cost is $4700.
