  • Growing Leaders Training Events

    Growing Leaders provided 66 training events for approximately 23,394 people across the United States during fiscal year 2024. Most of the events were for adults who teach, coach, or mentor young people and to equip them to better connect with the emerging generation. These training events prepared adults to teach social emotional learning, leadership, and character development: the soft skills needed for student to lead in real life. Some events were offered directly to students to inspire and motivate them to fulfill their potential and take on real life opportunities and challenge. It is estimated that the material and content of these events reached over 5,570 students in fiscal year 2024.

  • Digital Leadership Resources for Students

    Growing Leaders provided digital character, leadership, and soft skills training resources for students from 548 schools, sports teams, and other organizations working with young people. The primary curriculum is called "Habitudes: Images that Form Leadership Habits and Attitudes and it uses the power of images, conversations, experiences to teach important life skills in a way that students today want to learn. The resources are provided in both digital and print formats. It is estimated that the resources were shared with 169,832 students in fiscal year 2024 and taught by 16,223 facilitators. Growing Leaders also released fully updated content for its high school curriculum via our Habitudes Online platform in in effort to stay relevant to today's students.

  • Engagement Through Content Creation

    In addition, Dr. Tim Elmore, The Founder of Growing Leaders, wrote a weekly blog, co-hosted weekly podcasts with Andrew McPeak, Vice President of Content, and wrote three e-books to better engage with and help others engage with the emerging generations. These efforts reached over 105,000 people who subscribe to Growing Leaders' social media and content channels.
