    The Jewish Heritage Center has an archive of Boston and New England Jewish history, with more than 2 million records in it and more than 600,000 searchable documents in its digital collections. Researchers and anyone interested in this history can visit from all over the world to use our archives and can also view and use our digital materials online.

  • Public Programs on Jewish History and Culture

    The Jewish Heritage Center offers several programs a year about Jewish history and culture, at our home in Boston, in the community, and online. These events feature an array of visiting speakers and scholars, and our own archives staff. Recent programs have covered such topics as Jewish Immigrants in the American Antiques Trade, the First American Jewish Woman Novelist, Jewish and African American Cemeteries as Borders Uncrossed, and Jewish Life in Rural New England.
