We are a homeowner's association and use the dues to pay for our community pool mostly. We hire qualified life guards from our neighborhood and have neighborhood events surrounding the pool. We have food drives and have had book drives also this year to aid our community. The only people that get paid in our HOA are the guards and they are all part time employees.
