All income and expenses relate to the ownership, operation and maintenance of historic Boston Back Bay real estate owned for and rented to a college fraternity at MIT (Alpha Theta Chapter of Sigma Chi) whose members are members of this corporation; and to programs promoting scholarship and fellowship and alumni relations.
