INDIVIDUALS WITH IMPAIRED VISION SUBMIT REQUESTS TO THEIR LOCAL LIONS CLUB WITHIN DISTRICT 33N. THE LIONS CLUB HAS THE INDIVIDUAL COMPLETE AN APPLICATION WHICH IS SUBMITTED TO THE FOUNDATION. THE EQUIPMENT IS LOANED TO THE INDIVIDUAL IF THEY MEET THE NECESSARY CRITERIA.
