1.The South County Museum displayed, to the public and members, Rhode Islands rich heritage of its agricultural, marine and textile past with its historical exhibits. Exhibits include a working farm, an operating print shop and an interactive blacksmith shop. The members and the broader community attended numerous events including a Quilt show, a Chick Hatch, numerous weddings and music events. Major initiatives were completed in repairing, restoring and painting the main museum building and the collection storage was enhanced to permanently preserve and protect the collection.
