    Donations to Barnard Memorial Fund to aid retirees in the state and local affiliate = $1800 $1200 donated to the GEA Scholarship Fund by the GEA. Donations were to the State Affiliate (CEA) for programs to aid children: $100 for EMAC Scholarship + $100 for CEF Scholarship $3850 donated to pay for memberships for 7 newly retired members to the State (CEA) and National (NEA) Affiliates. $6050 donated to to GEA Scholarship Fund in the name of 11 newly retired members 7 Scholarships of $750, 1 Scholarship of $500, 1 Scholarship of $1200 and 1 Scholarship of $1500 were given to college-bound students of the Board of Education and/or the membership-at-large based on financial need and merit.
