  • Veterans Support and Wellness

    The Foundation provides support to local Veterans and their families by offering services at no cost. In 2022 the Foundation provided 110 clients with over 2100 services. The Foundation has initiated a wellness program, providing social activities and advocating for veterans. The Foundation owns a piece of property that has become the Three Harts Farm Veterans Growing Opportunities located at 232 Beaver Dam Road, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Three Harts Farm Veterans Growing Opportunities allows veterans and their families to participate in social, peer-to-peer, and family activities.
