    Kula for Karma brings therapeutic yoga and meditation to those most in need, transforming lives and changing the face of healthcareone person at a time. Since 2007 we have pioneered programs for populations with physical and mental health challenges, delivered at no cost to the patient or student, applying our passion and expertise to the integration of yoga and medicine. Kulas' care hospital based programs offer therapeutic yoga at 5 of the area hospitals serving cancer patients and patients in acute rehab. We are in several drug and alcohol rehab centers servicing men, women and adolescents. Our therapeutic veterans programs is offered to veterans through a video series to build resilience while helping them to heal the internal wounds of war.

    Kula for Karma impacts mental health through yoga and mindfulness. Kulas mission is to bring the healing power of yoga, meditation, and stress management programs to those recovering from mental health, trauma, and addiction challenges. Our goal is to provide access to customized, whole person, wellness programs to communities impacted by the mental health crisis plaguing our nation. Since 2007 weve pioneered these programs in hospital systems, schools, treatment centers, and homeless youth and crisis centers. As innovative leaders in the behavioral health arena, we offer skills for cultivating resilience in times of stress or crisis. Kula for Karma is part of the solution. We focus on implementing restorative yoga and meditation programs backed by evidence-based science.
