Hearing Services Program
Hearing Services: Wide range of clinical services of the highest quality including diagnostic audiological evaluations, hearing aid and device evaluations and dispensing, ear mold fitting and modification, and fitting of custom music enhancers. Rehabilitation Services: The center conducts a highly regarded auditory-oral speech and language therapy program to children of all ages with hearing loss, an auditory based language processing therapeutic program, and speech reading and auditory training for adults. The Center also provides individual and group academic support to children with hearing loss. Florida Office: In Florida, Clinical services include diagnostic audiological evaluations, hearing aid and device evaluation and dispensing, case management, psychological evaluations, mental health counseling for children and adults and their families, job placement and coaching. Outstanding out of school programming is provided after school and during summer and includes educational, recreational and employment training for children ranging from elementary through high school age which is funded from grants received. Our Florida office is a distribution center for specialized telephone equipment for Florida residents with hearing loss under Florida Telecommunications Relay Inc.
