The Staten Island Historical Society Inc., also known as Historic Richmond Town, is dedicated to historic preservation through the interpretation and restoration of a living history village, the operation of a historical museum, and the collection and preservation of material culture. With an operating budget of $2.5 million and total revenue of $2.2 million for the 2024 fiscal year, the organization focuses on engaging the community in understanding the diverse histories of Staten Island.
