2020 WAS AN UNPRECEDENTED TIME FOR PARKER INSTITUTE. WE WERE FACED WITH MANY CHALLENGES DURING THIS TIME THAT DID NOT LEND THEMSELVES TO EASY SOLUTIONS. AS A RESULT OF THE DRASTIC DROP IN CENSUS, PARKER WAS FORCED TO ADAPT NUMEROUS TIMES TO THE ALWAYS CHANGING HEALTH CARE LANDSCAPE. WE HAD TO FIND NEW WAYS TO OFFER OUR RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE AND COMPASSION. WE STRIVED THROUGH THESE DIFFICULT TIMES TO UPHOLD THE HIGH PARKER STANDARDS OF CARE.THE INSTITUTE'S MOST SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES DURING THE YEAR INCLUDED PROVIDING, WITH COMPASSION AND DEDICATION, SUPERIOR QUALITY HEALTH CARE AND REHABILITATION FOR ADULTS AND TO DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY COORDINATE ARRANGEMENTS AND PROVISION FOR COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CARE AND SOCIAL SUPPORT SERVICES TO FRAIL ELDERLY AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS WHO MAY REQUIRE CHRONIC OR LONG TERM CARE, AND TO ENGAGE IN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES RELATING TO SUCH ACTIVITIES.
