Writing Workshops Hudson Valley Writers Center provides writing workshops in several different genres, including poetry, memoir, fiction, dramatic writing, critique, and hybrid work. The average class size for a multi-week workshop is 8 students, and the average class size for a one-day intensive is 12 students.
