    We continue to be in the process of a land purchase of about 50 acres. This may take over a year to accomplish due to resolving issues with the title. The land is pristine forest on the Shawangunk Ridge, adjacent to other lands that are in process of being protected from development. The Ridge includes Minnewaska State Park, which receives hundreds of thousands of visitors annually.
