BOOMHEALTH is a harm reduction organization focused on empowering New Yorkers living with and at highest risk for illness, substance abuse, homelessness, and poverty. With an operating budget of $9.6 million and total revenue of $8 million, it integrates health, legal, and social services to create a seamless continuum of prevention and care. The organization receives significant support from top funders including ROBIN HOOD FOUNDATION, MONTEFIORE MEDICAL CENTER, and FOOD BANK FOR NEW YORK CITY, but does not rely on any single funder for 50% or more of its revenue.
