  • Public Guardianship Services for Individuals

    During 2023 Faith Connections, Inc provided public guardianship services to a total of 769 individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness. The organization made monthly contact with clients for a total of 7713 contacts. During these visits the individuals well being, physical, medical and emotional needs are evaluated. In addition, the organization represented clients at 124 court hearings as guardian. Contacts were combined televisits and in persondue to continued Covid-19.
