Request for guidelines should be addressed to The Jacob & Eugenie Bucky Memorial Foundation, Inc. PO Box 701, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591-0701. Organizations that apply should submit an explanation of the intended purposes and use for the funds, total funds needed for the project or program, source of other funds to be used or sought, specific amount requested, copy of the letter of tax free status under the Internal Revenue Code, certification that such status has not been revoked and completed W-9 form.

Grants & Scholarships are given for purposes not inconsistent with the Certificate of Incorporation of the Foundation and only to tax exempt organizations. Grants for scholarships are made to tax exempt institutions and the tax exempt institutions exclusively determine the person or persons to whom the grants for scholarships are made.
