  • Prevent pet overpopulation and euthanasia through expanded spay/neuter services.

    a) Control overpopulation of unwanted, abandoned or lost and homeless pets by trapping, spaying, neutering, vaccinating such pets and releasing them into their managed colony or arranging for their adoption as an alternative to euthanizing said animals; b) Manage colonies of stray and feral felines; c) Provide healthcare for stray, lost, abandoned, homeless, or feral cats by providing suitable veterinary care by duly licensed personnel and provide vaccination and inoculations against disease to said animals; d) Enhance suitable habitats for stray or feral cats and care for the preservation and health of homeless domestic animals; e) Capture unhealthy feral and stray domestic animals and treat same for observed illnesses and return them in a healthy condition to their managed colony; f) Provide information to the general public on the care, treatment and preservation of all species of stray or abandoned domestic animals; g) Aid, foster, and encourage the adoption of domestic animals as an alternative to euthanasia; h) Assist and encourage other not-for-profit organizations with similar goals and purposes; i) Do any and all acts necessary to and/or incidental to the foregoing purposes.
