  • Medical Software Distribution and Training

    KCE's primary program is to distribute donated medical software and to train doctors and medical professionals in their use in clinical practice. Program services were conducted on site in one country - Somalia. This included training and distributing DynaMed medical software to several clinics and hospitals in Somalia. In addition, KCE focused its efforts in distributing and renewing the DynaMed software licenses virtually to users in the areas that KCE serves. These licenses spanned multiple countries, including Ghana, Peru, Nepal, Colombia, India, and Bangladesh. In total, 1478 licenses were provided to medical professionals in the areas that we serve. KidsCareEverywhere's mission is saving children's lives, by empowerment of physicians in under-resourced environments with multi-media, state-of-the-art medical software, and through inspiration of young professionals to become future global healthcare leaders. KCE is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to transforming pediatric care in under resourced communities by enabling doctors and medical professionals to care for sick children more effectively and at lower cost. Further information can be found at our website at www.kidscareeverywhere.org. This software is available primarily as a mobile application, resident on a smartphone. We also distribute a web based version of DynaMed, for use on laptops and desktop computers, useful particularly in hospital settings. DynaMed is gifted to KCE by EBSCO Health, Ipswich, Ma.
