Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Rochester, Inc. (CCCS) provides a wide range of comprehensive financial literacy education, programming and counseling services that focus on improving financial wellness. In 2018 over 15,000 individuals and families were served with 79% of our clients meeting low to moderate income guidelines. In addition to credit education and counseling, CCCS is an approved fiduciary by both the Social Security Administration and the Department of Veteran's Affairs. Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Rochester, Inc. (CCCS) provides a wide range of comprehensive financial literacy education, programming and counseling services that focus on improving financial wellness. In 2022, despite the lingering challenges caused by the global pandemic, and generationally high inflation coupled with rising interest rates, we served thousands of individuals and families across all our licensed locations with 82% of our clients meeting low to moderate income guidelines. Since February 2020, CCCS is the anchor counseling partner of the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund's Financial Empowerment Center of Rochester.
