Application format and required materials

THE REQUIRED GRANT APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE ON THE FOUNDATION'S WEBSITE (PALMAFOUNDATION.ORG). ALONG WITH THE COMPLETED GRANT APPLICATION, AN APPLICANT MUST ALSO SUBMIT ITS MOST RECENT AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, AN ANNUAL BUDGET AND A COPY OF ITS IRS SECTION 501(C)(3) EXEMPTION LETTER. THE PREFERRED METHOD FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS IS BY ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION THROUGH THE FOUNDATION'S WEBSITE. IF AN APPLICANT IS UNABLE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH THE FOUNDATION'S WEBSITE, IT MAY EMAIL THE APPLICATION TO [email protected] OR MAIL IT TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ABOVE.

GRANTS ARE RESTRICTED TO PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE SERVICES OR ACTIVITIES FOR YOUTH, ESPECIALLY IN THE AREAS OF ARTS AND/OR NATURE. ALL GRANT FUNDS MUST BE USED FOR YOUTH RESIDING IN THE GREATER ROCHESTER REGION OF NEW YORK STATE, NAMELY MONROE, ORLEANS, GENESEE, LIVINGSTON, ONTARIO, YATES, CAYUGA AND WAYNE COUNTIES.
