  • The Women's Goat Project

    The Women's Goat Project loans 3 goats. Recipients have 2 years to return 3 goats which are transferred to new participants. Goats can be sold but a brood of 2 must be maintained for breeding to generate income. Twelve women received 36 goats to initiate the first wave of distribution.

  • Women's Small Business Initiative

    The Women's Small Business Initiative provides business training and financing to help women build self-sustaining businesses to increase income and achieve financial independence. It includes 1) a zero interest partially forgivable loan 2) subsequent grants (goats as cash equivalents) to help sustain the business, and 3) coaching.

  • Scholars Support Program

    The Scholars Support Program has supported 400 students by providing primary and secondary education. It covers tuition, tutoring, and some supplies as such backpacks, pencils, and notebooks. Kids are taught to speak and write English for free through the Speak English Together Club, which is an informal school.
