THE VARIOUS CLINICAL PROGRAMS ARE CO-LOCATED WITHIN FACILITIES TO ENSURE THE INTEGRATION OF ALL NEEDED CARE FOR PERSONS WITH MULTIPLE DISORDERS. SERVICE PLANS ARE BASED ON INDIVIDUALIZED NEEDS AND CHOICES RATHER THAN FIXED PROGRAM DESIGNS.
