Nikkei Heritage Association of Washington runs the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Washington. This center has the Japanese Language School, the NW Nikkei Museum, and various other events and programs. In 2024, the organization had the NW Nikkei Museum operating year-round with over 319 attendees, and the Japanese Language School with over 1,250 students. In addition, the organization held Kodomo No Hi (Children's Day Holiday) with over 1,000 attendees and the Cherry Blossom Festival with over 27,000 attendees.
