1. Provided all-year-round habilitation training services to more than 12 individuals with developmental disabilities under the Oklahoma DDSD waiver program. More than 182,700 units of services was provided. Total amount spent $909,0452. Provided room and board services including payment for rent, utilities, and provided food and household items for the aforementioned individuals $158,4393. Special Olympics programs training for the above named individuals and their staff and other recreation services $80,009.
