TO BE INITIALLY CONSIDERED AS A SCHOLARSHIP CANDIDATE A DELTA COMMUNITY COLLEGE APPLICANT MUST BE FROM BAY COUNTY, MICHIGAN. NORTHWOOD UNIVERSITY APPLICANTS ARE WITHOUT GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATION. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO STUDENTS STUDYING AN AUTOMOTIVE CURRICULUM.
